Racing vendors will be showcased throughout the Midwest Racing Expo, giving fans and racers direct access to the products, services, and people that power Midwest motorsports. From performance parts and safety equipment to apparel, technology, and racing services, this is a chance to see what’s new, ask questions, and get expert advice all in one place. Fans can explore the brands behind their favorite teams, while drivers and crews can connect face-to-face with vendors who support the sport and help them get to the track faster and better prepared.

Inaugural Midwest Racing Expo
The Midwest Racing Expo and Car Show will offer Vendor booths available from 10x10 to 10x40 and then a special section for Promoter Booths with 10x10 and 10x20 availability.
Promoter Booths are reserved for any race track or race series who would like to showcase their events at the Midwest Racing Expo and Car Show, located in a special "Promoter's Row".
Power is available to purchase and you can select the size of the booth you would like via this link. Buy Vendor / Promoter Booths.
The show will now be on Concrete vs. the Carpet that was in the hall, so if you have your own carpet or floor for your vendor space, you are indeed welcome to bring it.
Event Schedule
Vendor & Car Load-In:
Friday, March 27 | 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
NW Corner of Convention Center, LOT E for Parking. The overhead door used for load-in, if not opened, will read "Exhibit Hall". Cars must be dry of any fluids.
Show Hours:
Friday: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Tear Down: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
